SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, only ADA-qualified service dogs are permitted on festival grounds. This policy is mandated by San Diego County Health Department Regulations.
What qualifies:
A service animal is a dog individually trained to perform specific tasks for
a person with a disability, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities
Act (ADA) and California Penal Code 365.5.
What does not qualify:
Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals do not meet the legal definition of a service animal and are not permitted, regardless of certification, vest, or documentation presented.
Consistent with the ADA, festival staff may ask two questions: (1) is the animal required because of a disability, and (2) what task is it trained to perform. Staff will not request documentation, certification, or ID for the animal, and will not ask about the nature of a person's disability.
Animals that are not ADA service dogs, and which do not meet these requirements, will not be permitted entry. There are no exceptions made at the gate.
Any animal, including a qualifying service animal, that is out of control, not housebroken, or poses a safety concern may be asked to leave the festival grounds.

PHOTO VIDEO WAIVER
By attending Cardiff Greek Festival you grant permission to the event organizers and their authorized representatives to photograph, videotape, and/or record your image, likeness, and voice during the event. You understand that these photos, videos, and recordings may be used for promotional and informational purposes related to Cardiff Greek Festival and future events organized by the event organizers. You waive any rights or claims to compensation for the use of your image, likeness, and voice in these materials. Your attendance at Cardiff Greek Festival implies your acceptance of its terms. If you do not agree to these terms do not enter the Festival grounds.
