We are in the community of Encinitas, in North San Diego County. From I-5, take Manchester Avenue Exit. Go East approximately 1/4 mile to Mira Costa College Parking where there is free parking.  Entry to the festival is at the north end of the Mira Costa parking lot. There is a ramp for those that need it.
