ANIMAL REGULATIONS 

CREDENTIALED SERVICE DOGS ONLY PLEASE.

As mandated by San Diego County Health Department Regulations NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED ON FESTIVAL GROUNDS UNLESS THEY ARE CREDENTIALED Guide, Signal or Service Dogs as defined by California Penal Code 365.5 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Emotional support animals do not meet the definition of Guide, Signal, or Service Dogs and do not have the same access rights. Thank you for your cooperation with these regulations.   

Located in community of Encinitas, in North San Diego County, off the I-5, take Manchester Avenue Exit go East approximately 1/4 mile to Mira Costa College Parking. Entrance through the parking lot into the Festival at Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 3459 Manchester Avenue, Cardiff By The Sea, California 92007.
